About Tracey

Grampians region | children under 7 years

Tracey provides individual support to children, families and educators navigating the disability sector.

A qualified primary and early childhood educator, Tracey O’Keefe has more than 20 years’ experience working with young children, families, carers and educators. Tracey is registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and has extensive experience in the disability sector as a specialist consultant, key worker and educational advisor. Tracey’s best-practice standards are informed by ongoing professional development.

Tracey develops individualised programs for children that are family-centred and strength based. She is especially interested in promoting inclusion within educational settings, completing developmental assessments, and building the capacity of parents to positively support their child’s learning and behaviour.

Tracey is located in Ballarat and provides supports locally and within surrounding areas. Best-practice standards acknowledge that supports are most successful when provided within the child’s natural learning environments. Tracey will travel to any of these natural environments to provide services – home, childcare, kindergarten, school or a community setting.
