Tracey provides customised consultation and coaching to educators, building their capacity to support access and participation for all children.

Tracey is a qualified and registered educator. Her extensive experience in primary, early childhood and disability education informs her practice as a specialist, early intervention consultant and educational advisor.


Tracey is available to provide customised consultation and coaching to educators, building their capacity to support access and participation for all children.


Tracey will work in collaboration with educators to ensure that coaching services are tailored to meet their needs within the context of their own service. 


Opportunities for observation, feedback, goal setting and reflection will be embedded within all coaching packages.


With wide scope for customisation, focus areas can include:


  • Facilitating goal setting (SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based) 
  • Facilitating adaptations to further support inclusion, participation and access for all children
  • Scaffolding of developmental skills
  • Providing information relating to referral pathways
  • Assisting educators to identify developmental red flags
  • Delivering positive behaviour education - understanding unexpected behaviours & identifying and implementing positive behaviour support strategies
  • Guiding self-care skill development
  • Facilitating social play skills
  • Recommending and/or providing visual resources to support understanding, increase engagement and/or promote compliance
  • Facilitating personalised case studies.
